Learn to design student learning experiences at the rigor and grade level outlined in the TEKS, build student discourse in math classrooms, and align instructional practices that balance conceptual and procedural learning.
Today's job world demands more than academic skills. 21st century skills such as creativity, communication, critical thinking, leadership and problem solving are just a few of the essential skills students need to prepare to enter a future workforce. Principal leadership is the most complex role in the system, and yet provides the most direct correlation to teacher effectiveness and student achievement. We offer professional learning and coaching to support principals in their most essential role as instructional leader. In addition, we can support district and campus leaders in defining their instructional focus and building the tools to support that work.
